Understand the terms of order cancellation:

Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled at any point before they are shipped. No cancellation fees will apply.
After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched, you will need to follow our return procedure to send the product back for a refund.

Please note: We strive to process orders quickly. If your order is already in the shipping phase, it may not be possible to cancel. In such cases, please refer to our Return Policy for more information on how to return the item once received.

Refund Process
Learn how refunds are handled:

Before Shipment: Refunds for cancelled orders are processed immediately after cancellation. Depending on your payment method, the funds should be reflected in your account within 5-7 business days.

After Shipment: If you return a product after receiving it, refunds will be processed within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Important Information
Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. Packwoods reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product is damaged or used.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error occurred in the order.
