Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands during working hours, Monday to Friday.
Please make sure you provide a valid delivery name and a full, accurate shipping address. We cannot guarantee successful delivery if incorrect or incomplete details are provided.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping details at the time of ordering. If an order cannot be delivered or must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs.
Shipping costs vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders, starting from €100 in most countries. In selected destinations, the free shipping minimum is €150 due to higher delivery costs.
All orders are shipped with Track & Trace.
Delivery within Europe usually takes 2–10 working days. Worldwide delivery can take up to 30 working days.

Once an order leaves our warehouse, the customer is fully liable for the shipment. City Seeds Bank cannot be held responsible for customs delays, detainment, product restrictions, or any additional charges if a parcel is stopped during customs processing.
