How to Cancel Your Order

Cancelling your order is simple. Just follow these steps:

Find Your Order Details: Check your email for your order confirmation.
Send Us an Email: Contact us at sales@packwoods.eu and include your order number.

Cancellation Terms

    • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order anytime before it’s shipped, with no cancellation fees.

    • After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you can still return the product following our Return Policy.

Please note: We aim to process orders quickly. If your order is already in transit, cancellation may not be possible.


Refund Process

Here’s what to expect when a refund is issued:

    • Cancelled Before Shipping: A full refund will be processed immediately after cancellation. The funds should appear in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment method.

    • Returned After Shipping: If you return a product, refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

      • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

      • Refunds are credited to the original payment method


Important Return Guidelines

    • Product Condition: Items must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging.
      Packwoods reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product is used, opened, or damaged.

    • Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or an error occurred with your order, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
