How to Cancel Your Order
Cancelling your order is simple. Just follow these steps:

Before Shipment: You can cancel your order anytime before it’s shipped, with no cancellation fees.

After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you can still return the product following our Return Policy.

Please note: We aim to process orders quickly. If your order is already in transit, cancellation may not be possible.
Refund Process
Here’s what to expect when a refund is issued:

Cancelled Before Shipping: A full refund will be processed immediately after cancellation. The funds should appear in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment method.

Returned After Shipping: If you return a product, refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
